This full-time, office-based role is perfect for a solicitor looking to handle a varied and engaging caseload with the support of experienced colleagues and a collaborative working culture.The Role:Working alongside a highly regarded partner and a supportive team of solicitors, trainees, and secretarial staff, the successful candidate will manage a wide spectrum of personal injury cases – from road traffic accidents to complex building site incidents. There is also a significant element of clinical negligence, and previous experience in this area would be highly desirable.Key responsibilities include:

Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters
Conducting clinical negligence claims
Exercising discretion in case selection to maintain high success rates
Collaborating closely with secretarial support and trainee solicitors

The Ideal Candidate:

3+ years PQE in personal injury law
Experience or special interest in clinical negligence is highly advantageous
Proactive, committed, and confident in managing own files
A team player who thrives in a friendly and supportive environment
