We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our fast-paced, high-volume body shop in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard
Working on a wide range of vehicles in a busy body shop setting
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Taking responsibility for the quality of your own work, from prep to finish

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a paint sprayer within an automotive body shop
Strong prepping and polishing skills - you will be handling the full process
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality finishes
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
