- Providing high-quality administrative support, including digital dictation and drafting legal correspondence.
- Handling client communications with courtesy and professionalism.
- Creating new legal files and ensuring accurate closure and storage.
- Preparing documentation for court and assisting with compliance relating to Anti-Money Laundering.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and completing various clerical duties.
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role, ideally within Private Client law.
- Good understanding of legal terminology and case management procedures.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to accuracy and confident with audio transcription.
