The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their friendly Conveyancing team.

You may be looking to take your first steps into a Legal position, or you may already have experience.

Responsibilities:

The Conveyancing Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by:

  • Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner
  • Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner
  • Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team
  • Preparing correspondence and documents including audiotyping
  • File management
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch
  • Arranging for all copying to be completed
  • Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm’s client documentation and information
  • Committing time to training and self-development
