Hoist and Stairlift Service Technician
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Hoist and Stairlift Service Technician to join their growing and supportive team.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving the service, maintenance, and support of mobility equipment installations across East and West Sussex

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and supporting the installation of stairlifts and hoists
  • Covering scheduled jobs across Sussex
  • Participating in an on-call emergency rota (with enhanced pay)
  • Working both solo and with a service team

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

  • Prior experience servicing and installing stairlifts
  • Mechanical and electrical competence
  • Maths or technical qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds preferred)
  • A practical mindset
  • Willingness to train on new models and learn hoist systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to follow a varied daily schedule
  • Full UK driving licence (clean)
