What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting people with everyday needs like meals, mobility, and personal care.
- Offering a listening ear and emotional support to those who need it most.
- Helping residents stay active, independent, and connected with others.
- Working closely with families to provide reassurance and continuity of care.
- Contributing to a warm, inclusive community where everyone feels they belong.

Requirements for Support Worker:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with Dementia & Young Person care
- Current DBS on the Update Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' individual needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A valid driving license is desirable but not required.
