Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications
- Preparing legal documents and managing the case management system
- Assisting fee earners and overseeing client files
- Liaising with clients and third parties to facilitate smooth case progression
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar paralegal or administration assistant role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Confidence in using MS Office and legal software
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
