Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for your next step? Whether you're at Assistant level through to Senior, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor where you'll play a key part in both the commercial and project delivery teams.

The Role

You'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:

Preparing valuations and applications for payment
Pricing variations and additional works
Managing subcontractor invoices, claims, and payment notices
Supporting tenders, budgets, and cost control to maximise margins
Attending pre-contract meetings and negotiating terms
Providing commercial support to Project Managers on live sites
Regularly updating budgets and producing financial reports for the board

What's on Offer

Salary of 35,000 - 60,000 (DOE)
Monday to Friday (Flexibility for Home Working)
Company Vehicle (Package Negotiable)

28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
Full handover and support from start date

About You

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within drylining, interiors, or construction is highly desirable
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confident communicator with subcontractors, clients, and colleagues
