Tony Alan has partnered with a renowned and growing organisation based in Eastbourne to help them hire a Recruitment Associate. As a Recruitment Associate reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role within an ambitious People team, delivering comprehensive end-to-end recruitment and selection support to hiring managers within your designated region. This is a fast paced and broad role, where your duties will include:
- Collaborating with managers to understand their hiring needs, define role requirements, and establish clear timelines for the recruitment process
- Create clear job advertisements that accurately reflect the company’s tone, culture, and the responsibilities of each role
- Assist hiring managers in evaluating and shortlisting candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Conducting and supporting competency-based interviews
- Promoting the company and its vacancies by sharing engaging content on Glassdoor and Indeed, while monitoring engagement, interactions, and candidate feedback
- Supporting the Recruitment Coordinator with the preparation of job offer letters and contracts
- Supporting recruitment processes by preparing and maintaining standardized documents such as shortlisting templates and interview question guides
- Ensure successful/unsuccessful applicants are promptly communicated with
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven experience as a Recruitment Associate and a strong passion for delivering an outstanding service to hiring managers and a seamless, positive experience for candidates. This role requires someone who is confident in conducting competency based interviews, familiarity with ATS systems, and the ability to build strong, effective working relationships.
