We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage manager to join our team at the Elite Venue Selection hotel in Eastbourne. The Cavendish boasts 147 bedrooms, and 5 conference rooms is ideally located right on the Eastbourne seafront, close to the town centre, Eastbourne railway station and all the main beaches and Piers in the area.

Your duties will include:

  • Taking responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
  • Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
  • Managing the team with training and development in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Preparing rotas in line with business requirements.
