Day Webster are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in Adults for our NHS client in the East Sussex area to provide discharge reviews to a caseload of patients and their carers across the community.Ā Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possibleĀ for a long term contract.
