Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer

Location: Eastbourne

Salary: Up to£34,000 basic | Uncapped OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays

My client, a reputable main dealer, is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop with strong manufacturer backing, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine servicing and maintenance of vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
Fast-fit work including brakes, tyres, exhausts, batteries, etc.
Diagnostics and fault finding using dealer-approved equipment
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timelines
Maintaining clear and accurate job card documentation
Working collaboratively with the service team to ensure exceptional customer service
If MOT accredited - carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards

What You'll Need:

Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Level 3 preferred)
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment
An MOT licence is highly desirable but not essential
A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Own tools and full UK driving licence required
