We are looking for a driven and capable individual to join a well respected global company. This is a busy role where you will be working within the Bid Team responsible for the smooth running of bids and tender projects. This is a varied role where you will be required to take ownership of various stages of projects to ensure winning proposals are submitted. You will need to be a confident communicator with strong relationship building skills and must have an excellent eye for detail. The office atmosphere is very professional but relaxed at the same time. This role requires someone who enjoys working in a small team.

The Role

This is a busy and varied role where you will be part of the Global sales project team. You will need to take ownership of various project stages and ensure that winning proposals are submitted. You will be playing a key role in defining the department’s strategy and will be a focal point in order to share information and drive forward the bid process. You will also need to manage submission timeframes and ensure that proposal documentation is accurate, free from risk and technically compliant.

The ideal candidate

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have exceptional communication and organisation skills. You will need to be confident taking ownership of projects and working to deadlines. It is vital that you have a good level of computer literacy. Accuracy is a vital in this position so you will need a keen eye for detail. It is also vital that you can manage your own workload and multi - task when necessary.
