As Senior Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the quality team and managing resources to meet objectives
- Owning and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordinating internal audits and managing external assessments
- Handling customer complaints, non-conformances, and CAPA processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business
As Senior Quality Engineer, your experience will include:
- Proven background in quality management within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong working knowledge of AS 9100, ISO 9001, and audit processes
- Experience with root cause analysis tools such as 8D, FMEA, or SPC
- Internal or lead auditor qualification
- Ideally, exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SC21
