Are you an experienced SMART Repair Technician looking for a fresh opportunity in a high-quality, well-equipped body shop?
We’re working with a reputable body shop in Southampton, and they’re currently looking to add a talented SMART Repairer to their team. If you’re confident in carrying out cosmetic repairs to the highest standard and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:-
Carrying out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles, including bumper scuffs, alloy wheels, minor dents, and paintwork

Performing accurate colour matching and blending

Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Keeping accurate records of work carried out

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working with the wider team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Cosmetic Repair Technician

Strong paint and filler skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good time management and a proactive approach to tasks

ATA accreditation is beneficial but not essential
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
