Our client is the UK's leading manufacturer of condiments, known for their high-quality herbs, spices, and seasonings. They're currently seeking reliable Machine Operators to join their production team in Eastleigh.
Key Responsibilities of a machine operator:
- Operating and setting machinery to ensure smooth production.
- Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting faults.
- Monitoring product quality and completing visual checks.
- Working on a flowline and meeting daily targets.
- Keeping your work area clean and following health & safety rules.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced factory or warehouse environment.
- Confidence using machinery and changing tools/settings.
- Good machine operating experience.
- A good eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Location: Eastleigh
Pay: From 12.21 plus per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
