Are you an experienced Maintenance Surveyor, seeking your next permanent job?Our client is looking for an experienced surveyor to support them on a permanent basis, managing and overseeing planned maintenance programs to their social housing stock based across Hampshire  Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of planned works projects for social housing properties throughout Hampshire
  • Ensure the management of all maintenance works contracts meet all required standards of performance
  • Oversee internal and external programmes, including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofing and cyclical decoration
  • Create schedules of works, liaising with contractors and ensuring that the works are being delivered to a high quality, on time and within budget
  • Ensure that contractors are following health and safety policies and procedures and CDM regulations
  • Work in partnership with designated contractors, ensuring performance and value for money
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in construction or surveying e.g. HNC/HND
  • Knowledge of Specification writing and Contract management (KPI’s / monthly meetings, processing valuations etc)
  • A full driving licence
