About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organisation within the operations and housing sector, is looking for a Customer Contact Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — handling enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels — and ensuring every interaction is positive, efficient, and resolved wherever possible.

 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the front-line contact for all customer enquiries — by phone, email, and in person.

  • Logging, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance or repair requests efficiently.

  • Liaising directly with contractors to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

  • Advising residents on rent queries, payment plans, and tenancy-related matters.

  • Recording and following up on anti-social behaviour reports and other concerns.

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience.

  • Keeping knowledge up to date with company policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Proactively suggesting service improvements based on customer feedback.

 About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service, contact centres, or front-line support roles.

  • Confident handling a range of customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.

  • Calm and adaptable under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Organised and able to follow a set rota or shift pattern.

  • Motivated by delivering excellent results and meeting performance targets.

 Why You’ll Love Working Here

Our client prides themselves on their inclusive, supportive environment and their commitment to delivering excellent service to every customer.

You’ll benefit from:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Full training and ongoing development.

  • A welcoming, team-focused culture.

  • Real opportunities to grow your career in a stable and rewarding organisation.
