Mploy are pleased to be support our local client recruiting a Customer Service & Orders Administrator. You will provide exceptional customer service by managing customer queries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and in line with customer services standards. This role ensures the smooth operation of the department and delivers a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the business reputation for service excellence.

You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Resolve customer issues, including complaints and returns, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle UK orders, Export orders, Scheduled orders and Managed Services orders, ensuring all are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage backorders, ensuring timely communication with customers and fulfilment of outstanding items.
  • Maintain and update customer records in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and other related documentation.

You will have:

  • Experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Professional and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and customer communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in UK, Export, Scheduled, and Managed Services orders, desirable
  • Knowledge of international shipping and export regulations, desirable.

This role is office based in Eastleigh, 37.5 hours per week.
