Mploy are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our client, where you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across a range of platforms.
As the Customer Support Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact to answer enquiries received by email, phone, or through our website. These include technical product questions, pricing and sample requests, documentation needs, and more. You’ll ensure every enquiry is handled efficiently and to the highest standard, while working closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver accurate, timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries in line with company KPIs
- Handle requests including:
o Technical product information
o Pricing
o Samples and demos
o Documentation
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support customers
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical and product-related queries
- Understand customer needs across different market segments
- Log and manage all activity using our CRM and case tracking systems
- Monitor sales activity for allocated customer and supplier accounts
- Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend key accounts
- Track enquiry trends and suggest ideas for marketing campaigns
- Manage stock levels with allocated suppliers
- Opportunities for progression within a growing company
Based in Eastleigh this is a permanent position.
Monday to Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
Hybrid working can be offered after full training and probation.
Salary circa £25k DoE.
