Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to join their manufacturing team at their site near Eastleigh. This hands-on role involves testing electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards and supporting a clean, well-organised production environment.

This is a temp-to-perm position, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate following a successful qualification period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct production testing in accordance with defined procedures, documentation, and test equipment

  • Test PCB and mechanical assemblies to meet quality and performance standards

  • Accurately identify and verify electronic components

  • Maintain high-quality output, aiming for zero defects

  • Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards

  • Follow route cards, job cards, and engineering drawings accurately

  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the production team

  • Comply with all company policies and codes of conduct

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor
