Job Title: Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Location: Southampton Office, SO53

Salary: Up to £50,000!

What You'll Be Doing -

Client Excellence:

  • Deliver high-quality corporation tax compliance across multiple industries
  • Be the main point of contact for client queries and technical discussions
  • Review computations and tax accounting disclosures

Advisory Impact:

  • Provide technically accurate advice on loss relief, R&D claims, transfer pricing
  • Support group reorganisations, international tax matters, and M&A projects
  • Collaborate on tax due diligence and restructuring advisory cases

Team Leadership:

  • Coach and guide junior team members with confidence
  • Continuously develop your expertise for client benefit
  • Drive process improvements and innovative solutions

What I'm Looking For -

Essential:

  • ACA, ACCA and/or CTA (part qualified)
  • Accountancy practice background with strong corporate tax knowledge
  • Proven client management experience with busy portfolios
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Someone who thrives on variety and loves learning new things

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with specialist tax software
  • Natural problem-solver who spots inefficiencies and drives improvements
