Looking for more than just month-end reporting? This FP&A Analyst role puts you at the centre of planning, strategy and decision-making, with real influence and variety day to day. Joining a growing business in the construction sector, you’ll report to the Head of FP&A and work with commercial and operational teams to drive performance and support strategic decisions. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to provide insight, support budgeting and forecasting and influence commercial activities
  • Developing, tracking and reporting on current and new KPIs and investigating variances
  • Supporting the maintenance and consolidation of the annual plan and building new reports as required
  • Building and maintaining robust financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
  • Delivering clear analysis to support performance improvement, including actionable insights
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager / Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager
  • To be a qualified accountant – ACCA / CIMA / ACA
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills (experience with Business Central is useful but not essential)
  • To be curious, proactive and happy to challenge the status quo
