Role Purpose

To deliver a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused repairs service across residential homes and communal areas. You'll carry out a range of multi-skilled trade tasks - including plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs - ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.



Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks (carpentry, plumbing, masonry, etc.) in homes and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all work meets professional standards and complies with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
  • Deliver a 'first-time fix' wherever possible and provide excellent customer service.
  • Use mobile devices to record job updates, timesheets, and materials used.
  • Maintain van stock and procure materials through approved suppliers.
  • Keep your vehicle and tools in good condition.
  • Support other trades when needed and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required.


Skills & Experience

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade (carpentry, plumbing, or masonry), with proven multi-trade experience.
  • Good understanding of general building repairs and maintenance.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (clean).
  • Confident using mobile technology to manage work tasks.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, including risk assessments and PPE use.
