GSL Education are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to undertake a position at schools in Eastleigh. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalised assistance, promoting a love for learning, and contributing to the overall academic development of students in diverse subjects.

In this role, you will support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons while offering individualised assistance to students to help them understand complex concepts and achieve academic excellence. Salary Scale: £82.10 to £104.16 per day
Start Date: September 2025 as start date

Requirements for Teaching Assistant role:

Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Be available for work Monday to Friday.
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring towards students.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
A fully checkable work history.
Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
