We're looking for a Senior Repairs Coordinatorto join a great organisation within the Social Housing sector. This is a vital role that ensures complex legal disrepair cases are handled smoothly from start to finish - on time, to standard, and with customers at the heart of everything we do.

Role: Senior Repairs Coordinator

Location: Eastleigh

Salary: 37,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of complex legal disrepair cases, housing ombudsman investigations, and high-profile complaints - from start to completion
  • Coordinating inspections, managing schedules, and ensuring that contractors and in-house teams complete works within agreed SLAs
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records in case management systems and providing regular updates and reports
  • Acting as the go-to point for escalations and liaising with customers, legal teams, contractors, and other internal stakeholders
  • Leading admin and scheduling functions within the team, supporting colleagues and promoting a high-performance culture
  • Supporting court processes by preparing evidence and occasionally attending proceedings
  • Helping improve service delivery by identifying ways to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in scheduling, job management, and repairs & maintenance delivery
  • Strong understanding of legal disrepair cases and the processes around them
  • Good understanding of general building defects, including damp & mould
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in social housing or a related sector is desirable but those with a trade background is also welcome to apply
  • A collaborative and professional approach
