Cleaning Team Leader

Barton Peveril is a large, thriving and innovative sixth form college in Hampshire. We are looking for an experienced cleaner who can work to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.

Your role will be to lead a team of Cleaning Operatives within the Estates Department. You will be responsible for supporting the Cleaning Services Supervisor to ensure that college facilities are cleaned to the highest standards. This will involve allocating work to cleaning staff and ensuring that the work is completed to a satisfactory standard. This will involve being the point of contact for routine day to day matters, allocating work to cleaning staff and ensuring that the work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
