The role:

Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Planned team as a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a Kitchen Fitter where you'll be working around Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex and surrounding area

We're looking for multi-skilled operative responsible for the delivery of kitchen installations, including plumbing/carpentry as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set.

Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

Your day-to-day tasks will include carrying out bathroom and wet room installations to our properties, efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you'll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your 'can do' attitude to provide a high-quality, 'right first time' service to our customers.

Candidate requirements:

  • Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
  • Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
  • Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
  • Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
  • Full Driving licence (clean)
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
