Your New Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Planned Works team as a Multi-Skilled Operative (Kitchen Fitter). You?ll be carrying out kitchen installations and associated works across Hampshire.

In this role, you?ll take responsibility for high-quality kitchen fitting, including plumbing and carpentry, while bringing additional trade skills to support a variety of works. As part of our team, you?ll complete installations and repairs efficiently and to a high standard, following best practice in building maintenance.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do. We?re looking for someone who can combine technical skill with a friendly, professional approach - ensuring our customers always receive a reliable, right-first-time service.

What you?ll be doing:

  • Installing kitchens to a high standard, including related plumbing and carpentry.

  • Supporting with bathroom and wet room installations when required.

  • Delivering works in line with planned programmes, ensuring completion to customer satisfaction.

  • Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every job.
