Operations Coordinator

We're on the lookout for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced manufacturing and engineering design team in Eastleigh / Chandlers Ford. If you thrive in a busy environment and have a knack for keeping things moving, this could be the role for you.

What's the role about?

This position is all about logistics and delivery. You'll be the key link between our internal teams, couriers, and clients-making sure products get where they need to be, when they need to be there. You'll manage transport bookings, liaise with third-party logistics providers, and keep clients updated on delivery schedules.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Planning and coordinating deliveries with couriers and internal teams
  • Communicating with clients to understand delivery requirements and timelines
  • Choosing delivery options that work best for the customer and are cost effective
  • Managing logistics bookings and resolving delivery issues
  • Supporting storage arrangements and processing related customer charges

What you'll come with:
