Job Opportunity

Working as our Social Media Advertising Executive your role will include:

  • Planning, launching and optimising advertising campaigns in the UK and Europe through Meta Ads.
  • Working with the Marketplace team to identify campaign ideas that align with brand goals
  • Managing campaign budgets, tracking KPIs and adjusting advertising accordingly. Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement improvements.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Services team to create engaging advertising content that is suitable for the target audience.
  • Analysing campaign performance and provide regular, data driven reports.
  • Performing competitor and market analysis to ensure campaigns are forward thinking, innovative and effective.
  • Testing and experimenting with different advert formats and targeting options to improve advert performance.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in social media advertising and Meta Ads policies and changes, ensuring these trends and changes are reflected in campaigns.
  • Developing and maintaining a social content calendar. Creating and publishing content that is adapted for each platform.
  • Engage with Micro-influencers and brand ambassadors to help build an online community.
  • Actively engage with comments, messages and mentions promptly, with a high degree of care and attention to detail.
  • Organise social media competitions and collaborations to enhance brand awareness and engagement.



Essential Skills

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
  • In depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, along with its tools and features.
  • Good analytical skills, detail oriented, makes data driven decision.
  • Understanding of attribution tools and techniques to monitor effectiveness of advert spend.
  • Experience in other paid media (TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset.
