We are seeking a meticulous and organised Payroll/Office Administrator to handle all payroll and office administration tasks within the accountancy department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing payroll and other administrative tasks, and be excited to work in the fast-paced environment of the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Description

As the Payroll/Office Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and execute all payroll operations within the department.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform office administrative duties efficiently.
  • Assist with financial reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
  • Coordinate with HR team to ensure all employee data is accurate.
  • Stay updated with current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required.
