We're looking for an Electrical Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee a dynamic and growing team delivering high-quality electrical services, including innovative energy solutions like EV charging and solar PV installations.



What You'll Be Doing:

As our Electrical Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing and coordinating electrical works across a broad spectrum of services, including:

  • Supervision of electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar PV (photovoltaic) installations

  • Oversight of all electrical installs and house rewires

  • Management of responsive repairs and planned maintenance programmes

  • Ensuring all inspection and testing works are completed to current standards

  • Leading and supporting a team of qualified electricians and apprentices

  • Monitoring compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards



What We're Looking For:

  • Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  • City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing

  • Experience in supervising or managing electrical teams

  • Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and renewable technologies (EV/PV)
