We are currently recruiting for Production Team Leader to join a dynamic manufacturing team,reporting directly to the Factory Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership skills and a background in production to take ownership of key departments and drive performance.
In this role you'll oversee the DI/Cam team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective staff management and adherence to manufacturing protocols. You will also step up to oversee production performance in the Factory Managers absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Production team, promoting accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Manage daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets and resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all staff are trained in safe and efficient machinery use
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and staff performance.

- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Experience working in manufacturing environments

Salary
- 30,000 + (Approx: 14.42p/h)
Hours
- Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
