Client overview

My client is a leader in the HVAC sector, with their Head Office in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Providing turnkey solutions for their clients with HVAC solutions.

With regional offices situated across the UK, they are looking for a Site Project Manager to focus on their South of England based clients, based from their Southampton site and working from home.

Purpose of Role:

As a Site Project Manager you will have a background in engineering or site works. An understanding of installation and refurbishment projects in a HVAC or retail environment would be an advantage.

You will be a good team player capable of following company procedures but also prepared to think your way around problems and adapt safely to ensure projects progress. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and clients.

You will take day to day responsibility of the project management requirements of the geographical area you are working within including the staff employed to deliver these projects.

Role and Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractors for the successful execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Working from the Sales and Technical information provided, but also a close understanding of your client, you will ensure that all aspects of their specification, requirements and expectations are carried out
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Education/training

  • Project Management qualification or working towards such as APM

Experience

  • 2 Years' experience within a project engineering /management capacity
  • Proven ability to deliver multi aspect projects on time, within budget and to client satisfaction
