The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading contract administration and cost management on a range of residential projects - from high-end housing to multi-unit schemes. You'll work alongside a supportive team of professionals who value collaboration, continuous development, and shared success.
Alongside residential work, you'll gain exposure to Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education sectors, ensuring no two days are the same. The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- MRICS qualified or currently working towards
- At least 5 years of PQS/Consultancy experience.
- Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties (advantageous).
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable commuting to Southampton.
