Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to join a friendly and supportive finance team We’re looking for a motivated individual to take on a varied role covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control within a growing business in Eastleigh.
Duties
- Process supplier invoices and match to job files.
- Raise and send customer invoices from job sheets.
- Post invoices and payments to Sage.
- Allocate cash and issue monthly customer statements.
- Assist with credit control and query resolution.
- Reconcile supplier statements and support month-end processes.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and general admin tasks.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role.
- Confident with Sage and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and great communication skills.
Salary and Information
- £27,000 – £29,000 salary (DOE)
- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
