Our client, a well-established and highly regarded company based in Eastleigh, is currently seeking a Commercial Services Administrator to join their team initially on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming emails and responding appropriately
  • Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries in a professional manner
  • Processing customer orders, including confirmation and invoicing of dispatched goods
  • Managing scheduled orders and coordinating collections
  • Handling credit processing and ensuring prompt clearance of credit-stopped orders with the finance team
  • Scanning and filing schedules, order forms, credit documentation, and delivery notes
  • Providing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation as required
  • Performing general administrative and compliance-related tasks

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A stable career history
  • Confident IT skills, including proficiency with standard office software
