Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic team delivering bespoke programmes for pupils with a range of needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work collaboratively with intervention, therapeutic, and academic teams to engage, support, and inspire learners.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help the Active Provision Co-ordinator deliver an alternative programme for pupils in offsite venues. The aim of this provision is to enhance pupils' cultural capital through sporting activities, social experiences, and outdoor learning. The successful Learning Support Assistant will demonstrate unconditional positive regard, resilience, and a restorative approach to behaviour management.
