Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + OvertimeEmployment Type: Full Time (Average 40.25 hours per week)Licence Required: Full UK Driving LicencePosition Overview:We are currently seeking experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technicians to join a growing automotive preparation centre based in Eastleigh. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to high standards, meeting both manufacturer and warranty requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections using the company checklist and identify areas requiring repair or service.
  • Perform fault diagnostics and execute repairs as identified.
  • Accurately request necessary vehicle parts using internal systems.
  • Maximise efficiency and effectiveness of workshop tools and equipment.
  • Prioritise and allocate workload in coordination with the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs and resolve any issues encountered.
  • Recommend repair methods and determine repair times in consultation with the Preparation Manager.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
  • Report non-conforming vehicles and unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
  • Liaise with internal departments when necessary to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Carry out a full range of workshop duties as required.
