Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experiencedLevel 3 Vehicle Techniciansto join a growing automotive preparation centre based in Eastleigh. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to high standards, meeting both manufacturer and warranty requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections using the company checklist and identify areas requiring repair or service.
Perform fault diagnostics and execute repairs as identified.
Accurately request necessary vehicle parts using internal systems.
Maximise efficiency and effectiveness of workshop tools and equipment.
Prioritise and allocate workload in coordination with the Workshop Supervisor.
Monitor the progress of repairs and resolve any issues encountered.
Recommend repair methods and determine repair times in consultation with the Preparation Manager.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
Report non-conforming vehicles and unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
Liaise with internal departments when necessary to ensure smooth workflow.
Carry out a full range of workshop duties as required.
