Sonic Summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Recovery Connector for a temporary contract with a charity, focusing on clients with alcohol misuse issues.
The role involves managing a caseload of complex cases, conducting group sessions, and completing care plans and risk assessments.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing high caseloads of substance misuse clients.
The pay rate is up to £18.14 per hour (PAYE) exclusive of holiday pay, or £20.33 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, with an umbrella rate of £23 per hour.
Additional benefits include a £250 referral bonus and a £150 sign-up bonus for new applicants.

Service Care Solutions are currently working with a charity to fill a Temporary contract for a Recovery Connector.This role will be closely managing a caseload ofclients with Alcohol Misuse Issues.

30 Hours per week, 4 days.

Pay up to - 18.14 PAYE Per Hour - Exclusive of Holiday Pay
20.33 PAYE Per Hour - Inclusive of Holiday Pay
23 Umbrella ratePer Hour

Duties of a Recovery Connector

Running group sessions
Outreach to see clients in the community
Managing a caseload of complex cases
Completing Care Plans & Risk Assessments
Working closely with Substance Misuse clients known to theService
Enable service users to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing & recovery support activities

Minimum requirements forRecovery Connector

Knowledge of completing Comprehensive Assessments
Experience managing a high caseload of complex clients
Able to manage acaseload of Alcohol and substance misuse Clients
Excellent safeguarding knowledge
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Able to identify risks and take appropriate action
