We are seeking a highly organised Operations Administrator on a 10 month fixed term contract for a well established company in Edenbridge.
Working as part of a small and friendly team, the main focus of this role will be to assist with the smooth running of the daily operation.
Duties:
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries from existing and prospective customers
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails and Web enquiries
- Preparing and sending out quotations and estimates for work
- Data entry and typing of documents
- Processing invoices, timesheets and sending to accounts
- Booking site visits
- Diary management
- Liaising with trades people / engineers
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting with ongoing and new projects
Hours:
Monday to Friday 0830 - 1630
Skills:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Solid admin and customer service experience
- Time management
- Strong IT / keyboard skills
- A high level of numeracy and literacy
- Able to use own initiative
