Job Overview

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machinery to support the fabrication, assembly, and manufacture of components. The successful candidate will ensure machinery is operating correctly, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production records using our manufacturing control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines for production runs.

  • Maintain and monitor machines to ensure safe and efficient performance.

  • Conduct in-process quality checks and take responsibility for the quality of manufactured products.

  • Record accurate production data using the company's manufacturing systems.

  • Adjust machinery for changeovers and varied production requirements.

  • Work to tight deadlines while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a high attention to detail.

  • Experience in machinery set-up and operation across a range of equipment.

  • Previous experience with CNC waterjet or CNC router machinery is advantageous.

  • Background in foam or wood working industries is beneficial.

  • Practical, efficient, and adaptable approach with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to learn and take on new skills quickly.
