This leading manufacturing company of high spec electrical components are seeking talented individuals to join their busy assembly team.

No experience is required as they will offer full training for those who have a real eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity and the ability to learn new skills quickly, in turn their training will offer you the opportunity to become a highly trained production operator.

As an electrical Production Operator you will be required to carry out the manufacture of electrical assemblies, you will trained to be multi skilled to enable you to work on any of their production lines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Electrical wiring and assembly in a quality assured environment, using electrical drawings and wiring schedules
  • Assembly work using microscopes.
  • Part and product preparation.
  • Ensure manufacturing build times are met.
  • Check and complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pack.
  • Maintain to the highest level, workmanship standards and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities that may be required from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

Any previous experience that demonstrates an eye for detail, the ability to follow drawings and instructions and the ability to work on intricate and small assemblies will be considered as full training is on offer.
