Are you an experienced Import/Export or Sales Administrator with excellent coordination skills and a customer-first approach?
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading international business looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Generate and manage all associated documentation, including sales orders, shipping documents, invoices, and quotations
- Coordinate direct ex-factory shipments and track deliveries
- Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch
- Book shipments with freight forwarders, couriers, and UK hauliers (road, sea, air)
- Monitor and chase outstanding shipping documents
- Maintain detailed electronic and paper records
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them updated at all stages
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales or shipping administration (ideally in manufacturing)
- Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills (SAP is a plus)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, confident, and professional with a positive ‘can-do’ approach
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent)
