Assembler

Our clients are a well-established manufacturer specializing in foam conversion, known for our commitment to quality, engineering precision, and exceptional customer service. Looking to add an assembler to their team.

Assembler responsibilities:

• Skilled in manual assembly and component finishing
• Proficient in operating bandsaws for precision cutting
• Experienced in using glue guns and heat guns for bonding and shaping
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)

Skills & experience required:

• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong focus on quality
• Versatile experience with machinery setup and operation
• Background in woodworking or similar industries (advantageous)
• Familiarity with using PCs for job tracking and management
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and practical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
