Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, design, and delivery of mechanical systems across a diverse range of projects
  • Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings, ensuring technical excellence and professional service
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering professional growth within the team
  • Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Drive technical innovation and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives

What They're Looking For

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering with strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of design across all RIBA stages
  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and calculation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading client and stakeholder meetings
  • Full UK driving licence essential
