We are looking for an Entry Level / Junior Accounts Assistant to support the Finance department in a private school, where you will be responsible for processing invoices, orders, payment runs and expenses
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the purchase ledger inbox for new invoices
- Process incoming invoices
- Obtain statements of account from suppliers
- Reconcile to the purchase ledger.
- Assist with payment runs.
- Open supplier accounts
- Prepare a weekly creditor report
- Bank reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
As this role is based within a school, you will need to be DBS cleared - the role is also office-based - NOT HYBRID
