Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently deliver goods in accordance with road safety regulations.
Confidently operate a HIAB crane for secure loading and unloading.
Provide exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through courteous and professional conduct.
Support the identification of potential sales opportunities through daily interactions.
Maintain vigilance regarding product and vehicle loss or damage.
Report health and safety issues promptly in line with procedures.
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 2 and Hiab License (essential).
Proven driving experience, ideally within the builders merchants sector (essential).
Friendly and professional demeanour with strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Strong time management and self-motivation.
Willingness to continuously learn about company products and operational procedures.
